The Guides page lets you write, edit, and manage player help articles in the lobby's Guide section, as well as feature key articles directly on the lobby's home page (where articles are laid out in rows of 6). It is designed for content creators and customer support teams who want to provide step-by-step guidance on depositing, withdrawing, or game rules.

- Permission: You must have the 'Guides' permission granted by your administrator to view, create, edit, or delete guide articles.
- What to prepare:
- Create at least one active category in the Guide categories menu first (you cannot create guides without a category).
- Guide titles in both Thai and English (up to 255 characters each).
- Step-by-step article content in both languages, along with any screenshots or images (PNG, JPG, WebP, or GIF up to 5 MB).
- Key rules:
- Newly created guides are displayed immediately and placed at the end of their category.
- Featuring a guide on the lobby home page requires the guide to have its status set to Shown in the lobby.

When opening this page, you will see the following key areas:
- Page header: Displays the page title Guides, subtitle "Press the house icon of a guide to show it on the lobby's home page", a shortcut button Categories (to manage categories), and the Add guide button.
- Filter tabs:
- All guides: Displays every guide article across all categories.
- Shown on the lobby home: Displays only featured articles, with layout guidance (e.g., "6 featured: the lobby shows 6 per row").
- Deleted: Archived guides that were deleted.
- Search & filters bar: Search bar for guide titles, Category dropdown, Status dropdown, and expandable filters for dates and administrators.
- Refresh bar & counter: Refresh button and total guide count text (e.g., "12 guides").
- Data table: Displays each guide's order, home icon button, title, category, last updated timestamp, status switch, and action buttons.
- Pagination: Located at the bottom to adjust rows per page (10, 20, 50) and navigate pages.

6. Step-by-step instructions
1. Creating a new guide
- Go to Lobby pages > Guides from the left navigation menu.
- Press the Add guide button at the top right.
- In the form:
- Select the Category from the dropdown.
- Enter Title (Thai) and Title (English).
- Write article instructions in the Content rich text field in both Thai and English tabs (you can add headings, bullet points, and upload inline screenshots).
- In the right panel:
- Verify that Status is set to Shown in the lobby (enabled by default).
- Press Add guide.
- A green notification "Guide added" will confirm creation.
2. Featuring guides on the lobby home page and reordering
- In the guides table, locate the desired active guide.
- Press the House icon in the Featured column.
- A notification "The guide is now on the lobby home" will appear, and a yellow
Featured #1badge will display. - To arrange the order of featured articles, switch to the Shown on the lobby home tab at the top.
- Use the Up / Down arrows or click the numbered circle badge to move items to your preferred order.
- Note the helper text below the tabs, which recommends multiples of 6 items to neatly fill lobby display rows.
3. Editing a guide
- In the guides table, press the Edit button (pencil icon) in the desired row.
- Adjust the category, titles, or content text as needed.
- To change its position within its category, pick a number in the Order in its category selector in the right sidebar.
- To toggle its home page status, use the Shown on the lobby home switch in the right sidebar.
- Press Save changes.
- The system notifies "Guide saved".
4. Showing or hiding a guide
- Locate the toggle switch in the Status column of the desired row.
- Toggle the switch:
- Switch to On (Green) to show this guide in the lobby.
- Switch to Off (Gray) to temporarily hide this guide (if featured on the home page, it is automatically removed from the home page).
- The system confirms "Guide is now shown in the lobby" or "Guide is now hidden".
5. Deleting a guide
- Switch the guide's Status toggle to Hidden (Gray) first.
- Open the ... menu on the row and select Delete (red trash icon).
- In the confirmation dialog "Delete this guide?", press Delete.
- The system confirms "Guide deleted" and archives the article under the Deleted tab.

8. หน้าต่างป็อปอัพ / Popups and modals
1. Reorder dialog
- Triggered when: Clicking the order number circle badge or choosing ... > Move to place….
- What appears: Guide title, current position, target position dropdown, and action buttons.
- Action required: Choose the target position and press Move.
- Result: Guide moves to the selected position and other items shift accordingly.
2. Confirm delete dialog
- Triggered when: Pressing Delete from the row's ... menu.
- What appears: Warning prompt stating
"Guide title" will be removed. This cannot be undone.with Cancel and Delete buttons. - Action required: Confirm the guide title and press red Delete button.
- Result: Guide is deleted from the active list and archived under the Deleted tab.
3. Version conflict dialog
- Triggered when: Another administrator saved changes to this guide concurrently (code 1005 or 5201).
- What appears: Warning notifying that changes were made by another user and requires reloading.
- Action required: Press reload button to fetch the latest state.

10. คำถามที่เจอบ่อย / Troubleshooting FAQ
- Why is the house icon (Featured) disabled/grayed out?
- Hidden guides cannot be featured on the home page. The system warns "Show the guide before featuring it". Switch the guide's status to Shown in the lobby first.
- Why is the delete button disabled?
- You must toggle the status switch to Hidden before deleting ("Hide the guide first").
- Why is the guide not visible in the lobby despite being turned on?
- Check the status of its parent category in Guide categories. If the parent category is Hidden, all guides inside will remain hidden from players until the parent category is switched on.
- Why does the error "Another guide already has this title" appear?
- The Thai or English title duplicates another guide. Change the title to be unique.
- Cannot upload images in the content editor:
- Verify that the image is a PNG, JPG, WebP, or GIF file and does not exceed 5 MB.
