10. Frequently asked questions & troubleshooting
- Why is the Popup Visibility switch greyed out?
- The system requires at least one image (desktop or mobile) before the switch can be turned on. If all images are deleted, the switch turns off automatically.
- What happens if I only upload desktop images?
- The popup still works on mobile phones. The system automatically borrows the desktop image for mobile devices (and displays a notice in the preview: "This device has no picture of its own; the other device's is used"). However, uploading dedicated 800 × 1200 px mobile images is strongly recommended for optimal readability.
- Which popup opens first: Ad popup or Post-login popup?
- The Ad popup always appears first as Step 1. Once the player closes the Ad popup, any popup configured under Popup after sign-up and sign-in (such as deposit or promotions) appears as Step 2.
- The Save button is greyed out:
- The Save button enables only when unsaved edits exist (switching visibility, changing days, selecting audience, or adding/removing images).
