Player Report
1. What is this page for?
The Player Report page is used to review wagering performance and win/loss totals broken down by individual player over a specified time window. Site administrators, finance teams, and risk management personnel use this report to analyze member turnover, player win/loss figures, agent revenue share and commission, and net company profit at the individual player level.
2. Before you start
- Permissions: You must have the 'Player Report' permission granted in your role to access this page.
- Prerequisites:
- Determine the time window to audit (custom date range queries support up to a maximum span of 30 days per query).
- Have the target player's username ready if inspecting an individual member.
3. Page layout
When opening the Player Report page, you will see the following key sections from top to bottom:
- Page Header: Displays the title Player Report, a brief description, the active reporting currency badge (e.g.
CURRENCY: THB), and the data refresh button (spinning arrow icon) to fetch the latest figures. - Filters Toolbar: Located beneath the header, containing the player username search input, timeframe dropdown selector, date-time range picker (when Custom Range is selected), the Search button, and active filter chips.
- Player Report Data Table: Displays 2-tier grouped columns covering player information, member metrics, agent shares, and company shares. Numeric columns can be clicked to sort rows ascending or descending.
- Footer Summary Row: Shows combined grand totals for turnover, win/loss, commission, and net totals for all players displayed in the table.
- Pagination Toolbar: Located at the bottom of the table to switch pages, view total record counts, and adjust rows displayed per page.

Columns in the table
On desktop screens, the Player Report table organizes headers across two tiers into four main groups:

6. Step-by-step instructions
1. Reviewing player performance using standard timeframes
- Go to Reports > Player Report from the left navigation sidebar.
- In the filters toolbar, select a preset period such as Last 7 Days or Last 30 Days.
- Click the Search button to fetch the report.
- Review turnover and win/loss performance for each player in the table.
- Scroll down to the Total row at the bottom to evaluate total system turnover and company net profit.
2. Setting a custom date and time window (up to 30 days)
- In the period dropdown, select Custom Range.
- Click the date-time picker field that appears.
- Select the desired start date and time (e.g. 1st of the month at 00:00).
- Select the desired end date and time (e.g. 15th of the month at 23:59, ensuring the span does not exceed 30 days).
- Click Search to calculate and display records within the custom window.
3. Searching for a specific player's wagering numbers
- Type the player's username into the Search by player username... box.
- Press Enter on your keyboard or click the Search button.
- The table will filter to show only that player's records, and the footer totals row will adjust to match.
- To view all players again, click the X button inside the search box or click Clear all on the active filter chips.
4. Sorting columns to identify top turnover or biggest loss players
- Hover your cursor over the header of the target column, such as Turnover or Win/Loss.
- Click once to sort descending (down arrow, highest values first).
- Click again to sort ascending (up arrow, lowest values first).
- Players are immediately reordered according to the selected metric.
7. Form fields and filter specifications
As this is an analytical summary report, there is no form to create or edit records directly. However, the query input fields adhere to the following rules:

This page does not open separate popup modals; all data is calculated and displayed directly within the main table. If you need to view a member's complete profile or modify account details, navigate to Players > Player List.

10. Frequently asked questions (FAQ)
Q: Why cannot I select a custom date range longer than 30 days?
A: To maintain fast query response times and prevent high database loads from massive wagering log scans, custom queries are limited to a maximum span of 30 days. To audit longer durations, run sequential queries in 30-day increments.
Q: I typed a username in the search box, but the table did not change. Why?
A: You must press Enter or click the Search button after typing the username for the system to execute the search query.
Q: What should I do if a red error message states that data loading failed?
A: Check your network connectivity and click the Try again button inside the alert box, or click the refresh button at the top-right corner of the page.
Q: Can I export player report data to Excel?
