Deposits

1. What This Page Is For

The Deposits page (/finance/deposit) is used to monitor, verify, and approve inbound deposits from players. It supports manual slip transfers, automated gateways, and Jinlipay P2P transfers. It also handles credit refunds (Return) from rejected withdrawals and allows staff to match unassigned automatic deposits to player accounts. This page is designed for finance officers, risk management staff, and finance supervisors.

[!NOTE] What is a "Return" transaction? When a withdrawal request is rejected with the "Refund credit" option selected, the system creates a new Return deposit entry with a yellow badge. A finance officer must inspect and approve this entry in the Deposits page before the funds are credited back to the player's balance.

2. Before You Begin

  • Role Permissions:
    • You must be granted the 'Deposits' permission by an administrator to view and access the transaction review screen.
    • Viewing player phone numbers requires the 'View player phone numbers' permission. Without it, phone numbers are masked with ****.
  • Things to Prepare:
    • Player bank transfer slip or real bank account statements.
    • Active CMS bank accounts configured in Payment Setup > Bank Accounts with sufficient daily limits.

10. Frequently Asked Questions & Troubleshooting

  • If the "Proceed" button is gray and cannot be clicked:
    • Check whether you have the 'Deposits' role permission.
    • Or the transaction is in Pending Payment or Waiting for player slip status, where the button is locked until the player submits proof.
  • If a CMS bank displays a red "Unavailable" badge:
    • The bank account is toggled off, outside operating hours, or has hit its daily transaction limit. Select another account with the orange RECOMMENDED badge, or ask a supervisor to increase limits in Payment Setup > Bank Accounts.
  • If a form field is outlined in yellow with a colleague's name:
    • Another staff member is currently focused on and editing that field (Collaborative Field Locking). Coordinate with the person or wait until they save or leave the page.
  • If an automatic deposit stays "In Progress" with no player name:
    • Multiple players share identical account digits or no matching order was found. Click Proceed, then click Select Player to match the correct account before approving.
  • If search returns no results:
    • Click Clear Filters to reset all filter parameters, then verify that you have not typed extra trailing spaces.
