Site credit warning

Use this page to configure early warning alerts before the site runs out of credit. The system calculates remaining credit based on the real usage pace of your players, ensuring the finance team has enough lead time to request a top-up before player deposits are blocked.

Before you begin

  • Your account must hold the Site credit warning right to view this page and receive low-credit notifications.
  • Editing warning hours or minimum balance thresholds requires update permission for this menu.
  • To use the shortcut button to review credit history, your account must hold the Credit movements right.

Screen layout

The page is structured as follows:

  1. Header: Displays the page title Site credit warning, description, and a button linking to Credit movements.
  2. Credit now card (right side on desktop, top on mobile): Shows each currency wallet, warning level badge, remaining credit, daily usage rate, and estimated hours remaining.
  3. When to warn section (left side): Input form for warning hours, urgent warning hours, minimum credit floor, and the Use the system's defaults button.
  4. How it is counted section (lower left): Explains the calculation logic and check frequencies used by the system.
  5. Action bar (bottom): Appears when settings are modified, offering Cancel and Save buttons.

This is a system configuration screen; there are no search bars or filter controls.

Frequently asked questions

  • What to do: The Save button is disabled (greyed out).
Solution: Verify that at least one field has been modified, and check for red error messages under input fields (e.g. urgent hours set higher than warning hours).

  • What to do: The credit card displays "No pace yet (new site)".
Solution: Set an amount in Also warn when the credit is at or under. Sites with less than 7 days of deposit history rely on the fixed amount floor until sufficient usage history is recorded.

  • What to do: The site status shows Credit has run out.
Solution: Click Credit movements at the top to inspect transaction activity, and immediately contact your upper-level agent to request an urgent credit top-up.
