10. Frequently Asked Questions & Troubleshooting

  • If searching a Transaction ID returns no results:
    • Verify that the transaction is in Success or Approved status. Records in In Progress, Pending Payment, or Cancel are not included in this ledger.
    • Or check whether the Date Range or Bank Account filter excludes the record. Click Clear Filters and search again.
  • If summary card totals do not match the real bank statement:
    • A transaction may have been approved in the CMS without transferring cash in the bank app, or transferred from a different account than the one selected. Check the Bank column against real bank slips.
  • If a transaction is linked to the wrong CMS bank:
    • Open Deposits or Withdrawals, find the transaction, click Proceed, change the CMS bank account, and click Save. The ledger updates automatically.
  • If table amounts fail to display:
    • Click the Refresh button or check your internet connection.
