Game providers
1. What this page is for
The Game providers page serves as the control hub for all game providers and individual games available on the website. Administrators can switch providers on, off, or into maintenance; arrange provider display sequences independently for each category tab in the lobby; configure direct-entry behavior when players press a provider; and open provider details to customize logos, artwork, mascots, wallpapers, and individual games.
[!NOTE] The legacy routes

10. Frequently asked questions & troubleshooting
- Why are the order step arrows disabled:
- Step arrows work only when viewing the full, unfiltered list. Clear search keywords and reset the status filter to "Providers in the tab", or use Move to place… instead.
- What happens to players when a provider is switched off:
- Any player currently inside a game from that provider is safely exited back to the lobby immediately. To pause access gently without removing existing listings, use Under maintenance instead.
- How to resolve providers marked as "Closed by agent above":
- These providers have been disabled at the upstream agent level. You cannot turn them on locally, but your custom artwork and sequence positions remain preserved and will reactivate once the upstream agent enables them.
- A provider is turned On, but doesn't appear in the lobby:
- Verify that at least one game under that provider is set to On. If all games are off, the provider is omitted from the lobby.
- Verify that the corresponding category tab (e.g. Slot or Casino) is set to Shown in Game tabs.
- Upload fails with file size error:
- Provider images, logos, and wallpapers must be 5 MB or smaller. Game covers must be 4 MB or smaller. Ensure files are PNG, JPG, WEBP, or GIF.
