Leaderboard
1. What this page is for
The Leaderboard page is used to set the lookback timeframe for calculating the top 5 players with the highest net wins on the lobby home page. The leaderboard drives player engagement and healthy competition by highlighting the highest real player winnings over a configurable number of days. All rankings and win amounts are calculated automatically from real site gameplay without requiring manual data entry.
2. Before you start
- Permissions: You must have the 'Leaderboard' permission (and 'Edit leaderboard' for saving changes) granted by an administrator.
- What to prepare:
- Determine the desired lookback window (1 to 30 days) for ranking player wins.
3. Screen layout
When opened, you will see the following sections from top to bottom:
- Page Header: Displays the title Leaderboard and a brief explanation of how the ranking operates.
- Page Audit: Displays the saved version number, last editor name, and last updated timestamp.
- Leaderboard Preview: Displays a live preview card of the top 5 players as they will appear on the lobby home page, calculated from actual site wins over the selected timeframe.
- Settings Card: Contains the lookback days input controls and the locked size indicator showing 5 players.
- Form Action Bar: Appears at the bottom when changes are made, containing Undo and Save buttons.
4. Search and filters
This is a single configuration page. The system calculates and ranks the top 5 players automatically, so there are no table search bars or filter controls.
5. Data table
Instead of a multi-row data table, this page displays a Top 5 Leaderboard Preview Card with the following elements per row:

| Game cover | Square artwork of the winning game | The game where the player achieved their highest win | Dark rounded artwork square |
| Player username | Masked account name like win***88 | Winning player's username, masked for privacy | Bold white text |
| Game name | Title of the game such as Roma or Sweet Bonanza | The specific game played for that win | Muted light-gray text beneath username |

10. Frequently asked questions & troubleshooting
- Why can't I change the number of players to more than 5:
- The lobby home page design and ranking system are specifically structured to display a compact, fast-loading Top 5 leaderboard. This setting is fixed at 5 players.
- The leaderboard shows dashes (
---) in some rows:- There are fewer than 5 qualifying winners within the selected lookback period. Try expanding Lookback days to 14 or 30 days.
- The Save button is disabled:
- No changes have been made to the lookback days value. The button only activates when unsaved edits exist.
- Can the same player appear multiple times across different ranks:
- No. The system aggregates net wins per unique player (one row per player) to ensure 5 distinct members are featured.
- How do I show or hide the leaderboard on the home page:
- Go to Lobby pages > Home page order to toggle the visibility and reorder the position of the Leaderboard block within your home page layout.
