The Income and Expense Report page is used to audit inbound deposit totals (Income) and outbound withdrawal totals (Expense) broken down by individual bank account and automated payment gateway (including Jinlipay). Site administrators and finance staff use this report to monitor cash flow, verify remaining account balance caps, check transaction limits, inspect account operational statuses, drill down into itemized transaction logs per bank account, and benefit from real-time live updates whenever new transactions occur.

10. Frequently asked questions (FAQ)

Q: Why does the "Manual Count" column only appear under the Income tab?
A: The system categorizes automated payment gateway deposits separately from manual credit top-ups performed by staff, giving finance teams a transparent audit trail. For withdrawals, manual payouts are aggregated in the top stat cards.

Q: How do I return to the main overview after drilling into an account ledger?
A: Click the Back to report button in the top-right corner, or click the Account Report breadcrumb link.

Q: Why do some bank accounts display a red "Frozen Deposit" or "Frozen Withdraw" badge?
A: The account has been locked or the system is currently conducting its daily accounting cutoff. Once cutoff concludes or payments are resumed, this badge clears automatically.

Q: Does this report update automatically when new deposits arrive?
A: Yes. The page incorporates real-time live updates that refresh summary cards and table rows automatically upon transaction updates. If connectivity drops, click the refresh button (spinning arrow) to refetch data immediately.
