Credit Report

1. What is this page for?

The Credit Report page is used to audit and record snapshots of agent wallet balances (Agent Wallet Credit) against third-party payment gateway balances (Jinlipay) at accounting cutoff moments. Finance teams and site administrators use these audited snapshots to reconcile database figures against external balances, ensuring zero credit leakage, verifying gateway settlement accuracy, and identifying any discrepancy immediately. Snapshots can be scheduled to run automatically alongside daily summary closings or captured manually on demand when payment gateways are paused.

2. Before you start

  • Permissions: You must have the 'Credit Report' permission granted in your role to view reports on this page. To save automated schedule settings or trigger manual credit snapshot recordings, you must also have the 'Update Credit Report' permission.
  • Prerequisites:
    • Choose your snapshot schedule mode: whether snapshots should run in tandem with the Daily Summary closing or follow an independent custom cutoff schedule.
    • To record a manual snapshot on demand: both deposit and withdrawal payment operations must be turned off in the Bank Shortcut Control until their statuses change to Frozen.

6. Step-by-step instructions

1. Setting up automated credit snapshot schedules

  1. Go to Reports > Credit Report from the left navigation sidebar.
  2. In the left Snapshot Schedule & Auto-Cutoff Settings card, select your preferred schedule mode:
    • Based on Daily Summary Report: System captures the snapshot automatically following the Daily Summary report cutoff time (e.g. 00:00), inheriting the post-cutoff gateway action.
    • Custom Scheduled Cutoff Time: Select this option to run independent snapshots:
      1. In Custom Cutoff Time (Bangkok Time), enter the time in HH:mm format (e.g. 23:59) in GMT+7.
      2. Under Post-Cutoff Deposit & Withdrawal Action, choose Automatic (Auto-Resume) or Manual (Staff Action).
  3. Click Save Schedule Settings.
  4. A green alert confirms that Schedule settings saved successfully.

2. Recording a manual credit snapshot on demand

  1. Locate the right Record Credit Snapshot Request card.
  2. Check the real-time indicators for Deposit Status and Withdrawal Status:
    • If either displays a red Active or orange Freezing… badge, the recording button remains disabled.
    • Open the Bank Shortcut Control in the top navigation bar and turn off both deposit and withdrawal switches.
    • Wait 10–30 seconds until both status badges turn green and display Frozen.
  3. Once both are frozen, the indicator dot next to the record button pulses green. Click Record Credit Snapshot.
  4. The system queries local wallet credits and external Jinlipay balances, writing a new snapshot record.
  5. The table updates with the newly recorded row, accompanied by a green confirmation: Credit snapshot recorded successfully.

3. Re-enabling payments after recording (Manual mode)

  1. When a snapshot completes in Manual mode, an alert banner appears above the controls.
  2. Confirm the message: Recording Complete — Safe to Turn On Deposits & Withdrawals.
  3. Click the Turn On Deposits & Withdrawals Now button on the green banner.
  4. Both deposit and withdrawal channels re-open, and a green confirmation confirms: Deposit and withdrawal operations have been enabled successfully.

7. Credit snapshot details popup

Clicking on any row or clicking the eye icon opens an audit dialog displaying deep snapshot breakdowns:

1. Meta Summary

  • Closing Mode: Displays Auto Cutoff (blue) or Manual Close (purple).
  • Date: Full timestamp of the snapshot down to seconds.
  • Closed By Staff: Displays the staff member's username who triggered the snapshot, or System for automatic runs.

10. Frequently asked questions (FAQ)

Q: Why must both deposit and withdrawal gateways be Frozen before recording a snapshot?
A: If a player deposits or withdraws funds at the split-second balances are queried, database records and external gateway totals will diverge. Freezing gateways ensures static numbers for 100% accurate reconciliation.

Q: What should I do if a snapshot displays a "Discrepancy / Blocked" status?
A: Click the eye icon to inspect the details modal. Check the Agent Wallet Balances table to identify which currency has a variance, and review Locked in Pending Withdraw or In-Progress Transfers under Jinlipay. If numbers remain unresolved, notify your finance supervisor or technical support immediately.

Q: How does "Based on Daily Summary Report" differ from "Custom Scheduled Cutoff Time"?
A: Based on Daily Summary runs the snapshot simultaneously with the daily accounting closing, inheriting the same cutoff time and post-cutoff action. Custom mode operates independently at a custom hour and minute designated by staff.

Q: Does this page synchronize balances in real-time?
A: Yes. Stat cards and gateway freeze indicators synchronize live automatically. When balances change or new snapshots complete, the page updates automatically without requiring a manual browser reload.
