Announcement
1. What is this page for?
The Announcement page manages the scrolling marquee bar displayed across the lobby home page. You can compose bilingual messages in Thai and English, organize their playback sequence, and adjust the scrolling speed in pixels per second. It is used by administrators and operations teams to broadcast urgent notices, welcome new members, or alert players to bank maintenance windows.
2. Before you start
- Required permissions: You must be granted the 'Announcement' permission by an administrator to access this page.
- Prerequisites:
- Clear and concise Thai announcement text (up to 200 characters per message).
- Optional English translations (if left blank, the system automatically displays the Thai message to English-speaking players).
- Maximum capacity of up to 20 messages total.

10. Frequently asked questions & troubleshooting
- What do players see if no announcements are configured?
- If zero messages are saved, the lobby marquee automatically scrolls the system default welcome greeting, such as "Welcome to our website".
- The Save button is disabled:
- Check whether any row has an empty Thai text field. Blank rows are highlighted with a red border and an error notice. Fill in Thai text or delete empty rows using the trash icon.
- Cannot add more than 20 messages:
- The system limits announcements to 20 items to ensure smooth playback and readable cycle times. Delete unused messages before adding new ones.
- Why do longer messages take more seconds to scroll at the same speed?
- Speed is fixed in pixels per second. Longer text strings have greater pixel width and therefore take longer to pass across the screen at the same reading pace.
