1. What is this page for?
The Commission page is used to set up and manage your site's turnover rebate system, where players earn commission from their betting turnover regardless of winning or losing. This page allows you to configure 4 time layers (Instant, Daily, Weekly, Monthly), set percentage rates and daily payout caps per member rank, upload promotional banners for the lobby popup, approve awaiting payouts, and analyze commission payout reports. This page is designed for finance officers, marketing managers, and promotion administrators.
2. Before you start
- Required permissions:
- You must have the 'Commission' permission granted by an administrator to view, configure, adjust rates, or approve/cancel commission payouts.
- If you only have view permissions, you can browse settings, rank rates, and reports, but save, adjust, and payout approval buttons will be disabled.
- Things to prepare:
- Commission banner image: Recommended dimensions 1200 × 400 pixels (3:1 aspect ratio), maximum file size 5MB, displayed in the player lobby commission popup.
- Member ranks: Ensure ranks are configured in the system beforehand so you can set commission percentages for each rank.
- Core system rules to understand:
- Only bets made with unrestricted cash are counted (wagering while on a promotion or locked credit is excluded).
- Free credits granted by the site on that day are subtracted from turnover prior to calculation.
- Commission that is not claimed within the allowed claim days expires automatically and does not roll over.
3. Screen overview
This page is organized into 3 main tabs:
- Settings tab: Configures site-wide commission rules: system toggle switch, toggles and claim window days for all 4 layers (Instant, Daily, Weekly, Monthly), turnover requirement rules, and promotional banner upload.
- Rates by rank tab: Displays all member ranks, combined rate per game type, daily payout caps, and edit links to configure 4-layer rates.
- Report tab: Displays overall statistics cards, daily trend charts, layer distribution, quick status cards, and the complete table of player commission records, with options to view calculation breakdowns and process payouts.

6. Step-by-step guides
1. Configuring site-wide commission settings and layers
- Go to Promotions > Commission and select the Settings tab.
- Toggle the Commission on or off switch to On (Green).
- Under Commission layers, toggle the time layers you wish to activate (wagers earn commission from all active layers simultaneously):
- Instant: Claimable during the day based on that day's play. Set Claim within to
0–30 days (0 = must claim on that same day).
- Daily: Settled after midnight daily. Set Claim within to
1–30 days.
- Weekly: Settled after midnight Sunday. Set Claim within to
1–30 days.
- Monthly: Settled after midnight on the last day of the month. Set Claim within to
1–30 days.
- Under Turnover on claimed commission: Toggle switch on to require a wagering multiplier, e.g.
1x (toggle off for immediate cash without turnover).
- Under Banner: Upload an image file (recommended size 1200 × 400 pixels).
- Click Save in the bottom action bar and confirm in the popup dialog.
2. Adjusting 4-layer commission rates per member rank
- Select the Rates by rank tab.
- Find the rank you wish to adjust and click Edit (pencil icon).
- In the form, a table displays all game categories (Slots, Live Casino, Sports, etc.), each having 4 inputs for the 4 layers (Instant, Daily, Weekly, Monthly):
- Enter percentage rates for each layer (between 0.00% and 100.00%).
- Observe the total combined percentage on the right side of the row.
- Under Daily cap:
- Toggle No limit off and enter a daily ceiling, e.g.
1000 THB, or
- Toggle No limit on to allow uncapped daily commission payouts.
- Review the right summary card, then click Save in the bottom action bar.
3. Inspecting player commission calculation details
- Select the Report tab.
- Locate the player record in the table.
- Click the View calculation button (eye icon) on their row.
- The popup dialog displays the breakdown: net turnover per game category, rate percentages applied, site-granted credit deductions, and any unsettled bet rounds.
- Click Close when finished.
4. Approving commission credit payouts (Awaiting payout)
- In the Report tab, click the Awaiting payout status filter card.
- Click the Approve button (wallet icon) on the row waiting for credit.
- The popup dialog checks your site's operational credit balance:
- If balance is sufficient, a green checkmark appears.
- If balance is insufficient, top up site credit before continuing.
- Click Approve to transfer the commission credit into the player's wallet.
- The record updates to Claimed immediately.
5. Cancelling a commission payout
- In the Report tab, find a record with status Awaiting payout and click Cancel (ban icon).
- In the dialog, enter the reason in the Reason field, e.g.
Irregular betting activity detected (up to 300 characters).
- Click the red Cancel button to confirm.
- The record updates to Cancelled and the cancellation note is saved.
7. Create or edit page
The rank commission rate editing page (/promotion/commission/[id]/edit) consists of:

- Displays rank badge icon and title.

8. Popups and dialogs
- Triggered when: Clicking View calculation (eye icon) in the report table.
- What you see: Period dates, commission layer, counted turnover, total commission, breakdown table by game type, and unsettled bet details.
- What to do: Inspect calculation accuracy, then click Close.
- Result: Closes the dialog without changing data.
- Triggered when: Clicking Approve on an Awaiting payout record.
- What you see: Player name, commission amount, site credit balance check, Cancel button, and Approve button.
- What to do: Confirm sufficient site credit and click Approve.
- Result: Credits the player's wallet immediately and updates status to Claimed.
- Triggered when: Clicking Cancel on an Awaiting payout record.
- What you see: Warning message, required Reason text area, Cancel button, and red Do not pay button.
- What to do: Enter a clear cancellation explanation and confirm.
- Result: Updates record status to Cancelled with the reason saved.
- Triggered when: Clicking Save in the Settings tab.
- What you see: Confirmation alert explaining that changes apply to all unsettled periods including the current active period.
- What to do: Review the impact and click Save.
- Result: Applies new site-wide settings immediately.

10. Frequently asked questions / Troubleshooting
- Why is a commission record in "Awaiting payout"?
- This occurs when the site's central credit balance was too low to process the payout at the moment the player claimed it. Top up your site's credit balance, then click the green Approve button on that row.
- How do the 4 commission layers interact?
- The same wager is counted in all enabled layers simultaneously. For example, if both the Instant layer (0.3%) and the Weekly layer (0.2%) are active, the player earns from both according to their respective cycle schedules.
- Why did a player wager but earn no commission?
- Check whether the bets were placed during a period when the player's wallet was locked by promotion turnover requirements (promotional play is excluded).
- Check whether free credits granted by the site exceeded their turnover on that day (free credits are deducted first).
- Verify that the game category played has an active commission rate above
0%.
- What size should the commission banner be?
- Recommended dimensions are 1200 × 400 pixels (3:1 aspect ratio) under 5MB to display cleanly in the player lobby popup.
