Ranks
1. What this page does
The Ranks page and its creation/editing forms are used to configure and administer the player VIP ladder system. Use this page to define global tier retention periods, minimum deposit thresholds required for rank advancement, custom badge and card art, daily withdrawal privileges, and bonus rewards (Points, Spin tickets, Diamonds), as well as to inspect player distribution reports. It is designed for managers and senior admins setting VIP programs.
2. Before you start
- Required permissions: You must have the 'Ranks' permission to view, create, edit, adjust global rules, or delete ranks.
- Things to prepare:
- Rank badge icon image, recommended size 512 × 512 pixels (PNG or WEBP with transparent background).
- Rank card banner image, recommended size 1000 × 400 pixels (5:2 ratio, max file size 2MB).
- HEX color codes for card background and gradient styling.
- Required deposit thresholds, withdrawal limits, and tier bonuses.
3. Screen layout
When you open this page, you will see the following key sections from top to bottom:
- Page header: Shows the page title Ranks and breadcrumbs.
- Page tabs:
- Ladder: Main view managing global retention rules and the ladder of ranks.
- Report: Analytical summary of player distributions, upgrades, demotions, and bonuses paid.
- Global settings cards: 3 configuration cards managing retention cycles, demotion steps, and rollover multipliers.
- Rank ladder section: Search bar, status tabs (All, On, Off, Deleted), and the Add rank button.
- Rank ladder table: Displays ranks ordered from the starting level upwards by required deposit, with edit and toggle controls.

6. Step by step
1. Adjusting global retention settings
- In the Ladder tab, look at the Global settings cards at the top.
- Press edit on the card you wish to update:
- Rank period: Enter or select evaluation days (1 to 28 days, e.g. 7, 14, 21, or 28).
- Demote rank amount: Number of tiers a player drops if they fail to meet retention criteria (1 to 20 levels).
- Played turnover multiplier: Multiple of deposit turnover required before a deposit counts toward rank progress (0.1x to 100x).
- Press Save inside the dialog.
2. Creating a new rank
- Press the Add rank button in the top right corner of the ladder section.
- In the rank form, complete the fields according to Section 7:
- Fill in Rank name and description.
- Enter Required deposit (the system calculates its ladder placement automatically).
- Set Keep-rank deposit if desired.
- Upload Icon image and Card image, then set main and secondary colors.
- Configure withdrawal privileges and reward bonuses.
- Review the preview in the Lobby preview box on the right.
- Press Save at the bottom action bar.
3. Editing a rank
- Press the Edit button (pencil icon) in the row of the rank.
- Make your adjustments to name, artwork, limits, or bonuses.
- Press Save at the bottom.
4. Toggling rank status
- Locate the switch in the Status column of the rank.
- If turning Off:
- An impact dialog appears showing how many players will drop to the tier below.
- Confirm the deactivation.
- If turning On:
- The tier activates in the lobby and resumes calculating player upgrades.
5. Deleting a rank
- Switch the rank Off first.
- Verify that no promotions, bank accounts, or missions are linked to this tier.
- Press the Delete button (trash icon) in that row.
- Review the impact dialog and press confirm delete.
7. Edit or add page
The rank editor consists of 5 main sections:

8. Popups and modals
1. Global setting dialog (RankSettingDialog)
- Triggered by: Pressing edit on any global rule card at the top.
- What you see: Current value, preset buttons, numeric input, and Save button.
- Action required: Choose a preset or enter a number and press Save.
- Outcome: Updates the system-wide VIP rule immediately.
2. Popup window: Impact review
- Triggered by: Turning off a rank or pressing Delete.
- What you see: Count of players demoted to the lower rank, mission dependencies, and active promotion or bank connections.
- Action required: Review impacts carefully. Remove blocking associations if necessary, then confirm.
- Outcome: Deactivates or deletes the tier and safely migrates players downward.
3. Popup window: Data outdated (simultaneous edits)
- Triggered by: Another administrator saving changes to the same rank concurrently.
- What you see: Alert stating data has been modified on the server.
- Action required: Press Load latest to pull fresh data.
- Outcome: Refreshes values, preventing unintentional overwrites.
9. Statuses and badges

10. Common questions and troubleshooting
- Why can't I delete a rank tier? The system prohibits deleting a rank if:
- The rank is still switched On (turn it Off first).
- The rank is still associated with active promotions, site bank accounts, or special contact channels. Remove the rank from those features first.
- Why aren't a player's deposits counting toward rank advancement? Check the Played turnover multiplier setting in the global cards. Players must wager their deposit by the required multiplier before that deposit counts toward tier progress (scanned every 10 minutes).
- Why does the keep-rank deposit show a validation error? The keep-rank deposit must be greater than or equal to this rank's required deposit, and strictly less than the required deposit of the next tier above it.
- What happens to players if a rank is temporarily turned off? All players currently holding that rank are automatically and safely reassigned to the nearest active tier directly below it.
