Player groups
1. What this page does
The Player groups page is used to categorize players into specific groups based on business rules, such as General Players, VIP Members, or Special Care accounts. These groups are then mapped to site bank accounts so that players in each group only see and deposit into their designated receiving banks. It is designed for system administrators and finance teams managing bank traffic.
2. Before you start
- Required permissions: You must have the 'Player groups' permission to view, create, edit, manage members, or delete groups.
- Things to prepare:
- Group name and descriptive purpose.
- List of player usernames or phone numbers to assign to the group.
- Designated site receiving bank accounts you intend to associate with this group.
3. Screen layout
When you open this page, you will see the following key components from top to bottom:

10. Common questions and troubleshooting
- Why can't players see any receiving banks for deposits?
- Check which group the player belongs to via the Edit Player section.
- Ensure the group status is set to Active (Green).
- Verify that the CMS banks count is greater than 0. If it is 0, navigate to Payment Settings > Bank Accounts to associate banks with this group.
- Why did group creation fail? Ensure you entered a group name, that it does not exceed 100 characters, and that it is not identical to an existing group.
- How do I remove several players from a group at once? Press Manage members, uncheck the boxes next to those players, and press Save members.
- What happens to players when a group is deleted? Players are never deleted from the website when a group is deleted. They simply lose their group assignment and fall back to the default site bank settings.
