The Transaction rules screen is used to configure core platform-wide financial policies. It governs the maximum balance allowed for players to cancel an active promotion, minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction, policy rules when a player deposits while holding pending free spins or unsettled bets, and withdrawal criteria such as the baseline turnover multiplier for regular deposits and minimum/maximum withdrawal bounds per transaction. This page is designed for finance managers and system administrators managing risk and liquidity.

2. Before You Begin

• Required Permissions: You must have the 'Transaction rules' permission in your assigned system role to edit parameters and save changes on this page.
• Preparation & Policy Decisions:
  • Define the minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits your website will support per transaction.
  • Establish your baseline turnover multiplier for regular deposits made without claiming a promotion (e.g., 1x turnover required before withdrawal).
  • Decide your business policy on how to handle players who purchase free spins and leave them unplayed, or have open bets when making new deposits.
• Important System Constraints:
  • The minimum and maximum limits configured here directly define the lower and upper bounds of the Suggested amounts dialog in Bank accounts.
  • If your website operates Jinlipay P2P, both deposit and withdrawal minimums must be at least 50 THB and maximums must not exceed 1,000,000 THB (the "No maximum" switch must be turned off and an explicit amount up to 1,000,000 THB specified).
  • The minimum withdrawal amount set here acts as a hard floor: no VIP rank under Ranks can be configured with a withdrawal limit lower than this baseline.

6. Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Setting the Promotion Cancellation Balance Cap

1. Navigate to Payment setup > Transaction rules.
2. Under Promotion Settings, enter the balance threshold in Max Balance Allow For Cancel Promotion (e.g., enter 5 or 10 THB).
3. Result: When a player's wallet balance drops to or below this amount, they can cancel the active promotion themselves in the lobby, and subsequent deposits will not carry over prior wagering debt.

2. Setting Minimum and Maximum Deposit Limits

1. Under Deposit Limits, enter the minimum amount in Minimum Deposit Amount (฿) (e.g. 100 THB).
2. For Maximum Deposit Amount (฿):
   • To cap deposits, turn off the "No maximum" switch and type the limit (e.g. 500000 THB).
   • For unlimited deposits, turn on the No maximum switch.
3. Review the Jinlipay P2P compliance banner below.

3. Selecting the Unplayed Free Spin Rule

Under Deposit Limits, select 1 of 3 policies:

• Release and check on withdrawal: Deposit credits immediately, old turnover expires, and unplayed free spins are logged for audit review during withdrawal.
• Credit deposit but keep turnover: Deposit credits, but prior turnover remains locked until free spins are played to completion.
• Hold deposit for review: Deposit is held in In Progress status awaiting staff review until the player finishes the free spins.

4. Selecting the Unsettled Bet Rule

Select 1 of 3 policies for deposits or failed withdrawal refunds:

• Credit and check on withdrawal: Funds credit immediately; staff review unsettled bets when the player submits a withdrawal.
• Credit but keep turnover: Funds credit, but previous turnover requirements stay attached until open bets settle.
• Hold for review: Transaction remains pending for manual staff approval until the game provider settles all open bets.

1. Under Withdrawal Condition:
   • In Withdrawal Multiplier, enter the turnover multiplier (e.g., 1 for 1x turnover on deposit).

6. Saving the Configuration

1. After making adjustments, the bottom action bar appears.

• If saving fails with a validation error message:
  • Check whether the minimum amount exceeds the maximum amount in deposit or withdrawal sections. Minimums must always be less than or equal to maximums.
  • Check whether any field contains negative numbers. All values must be 0 or positive numbers.
• If saving fails with error code 5602 referencing VIP Ranks:
  • You set the Minimum Withdrawal Amount higher than the withdrawal limit previously assigned to one or more VIP member tiers under Ranks. Navigate to Players > Ranks and ensure all rank withdrawal limits are equal to or greater than the new site minimum.
• If saving fails with a Jinlipay error code:
  • Your site has Jinlipay P2P active, but limits were set outside 50 to 1,000,000 THB or "No maximum" was selected. Set minimums to at least 50 and maximums to at most 1,000,000 THB, or disable Jinlipay P2P in Payment services > Jinlipay P2P first if you must use other limits.
• If player deposits frequently hold in "In Progress" status:
  • Check the Deposit Free Spin Rule and Deposit Outstanding Bet Rule settings. If set to Hold for review, any deposit by a player with active free spins or open bets will pause for manual approval. Change to Release and check on withdrawal to allow automatic crediting.
