Deposit methods

1. What This Page Does

The Deposit methods screen is used to control the display order and active status of player deposit channels shown in the deposit lobby: Automatic bank transfer, PromptPay, and Upload slip. It also displays the operational readiness status of each gateway, providing clear diagnostic explanations whenever a channel is unavailable so finance teams can resolve prerequisite settings directly.

2. Before You Begin

  • Required Permissions: You must have the 'Deposit methods' permission in your assigned system role to reorder channels, toggle active switches, and save configurations.
  • Prerequisites & Preparation:
    • Automatic bank transfer: Requires at least 1 active receiving account under the Auto tab in Payment setup > Bank accounts bound to an active reader in Payment services > LINE bank-notice readers.
    • PromptPay: Requires at least 1 active deposit bank account with Auto Decimal enabled.
    • Upload slip: Requires at least 1 active receiving account under the Slip upload tab in Payment setup > Bank accounts, plus an active EasySlip API key configured and verified in Payment services > EasySlip.
    • Jinlipay P2P Limit Requirements: If Jinlipay P2P is used, minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts must be at least 50 THB and maximum amounts must not exceed 1,000,000 THB in Payment setup > Transaction rules.
  • System Safety Constraint: At least 1 deposit method must remain active at all times. If you turn off all switches, the Save button will be locked.

3. Screen Layout

When opening the page, you will see the following key areas from top to bottom:

  1. Page Header: Displays the title Deposit methods with a descriptive subtitle.
  2. Method Configuration Section: Displays cards for each deposit channel stacked in their current player lobby display order:
    • Up/Down Arrow Buttons: Located on the far left of each card to adjust ordering.
    • Method Name & Order Number: E.g., 1. Automatic bank transfer, 2. PromptPay, 3. Upload slip.
    • CMS Status Badge: Indicates whether the method is active or inactive in CMS.
    • Availability Badge: Green Operationally available or orange Unavailable indicator.
    • Warning Diagnostic Box: An orange panel detailing missing prerequisites when a method cannot run.
    • Active Switch: Toggle switch on the far right of the card.
  3. Sticky Action Bar: Appears at the bottom whenever changes are made, containing Cancel and Save buttons.

4. Search and Filters

This screen displays all supported deposit methods on a single page directly, so no search box or filter bar is required.

10. Frequently Asked Questions and Troubleshooting

  • If the Save button is disabled (greyed out):
    • Check whether all method switches are turned off. The system requires at least 1 active deposit method at all times. Turn on at least one method to re-enable saving.
    • Check whether any unsaved changes actually exist. If no switches or orders were modified, Save remains disabled.
  • If a method switch is On but players still cannot see it in the lobby:
    • Check whether the readiness badge shows Unavailable (Orange). When unavailable, the system suppresses the channel in the lobby to prevent failed player deposits. Resolve the reasons listed in the orange box until the badge turns green.
  • If you want to change which deposit method opens first for players:
    • Click the Up arrow on your preferred deposit method until it reaches position 1, then click Save. It will now appear as the first active tab in the player deposit lobby.
