Footer

1. What This Page Is For

The Footer page manages the bottom section of every page across the player lobby. It allows administrators to select the layout of the official game provider partners strip, fine-tune the scrolling speed of the provider carousel, and configure bilingual brand presentation texts (Title, Sub Title, and Description) in both Thai and English.

This page builds platform trust by showcasing certified game providers, verified payment methods, and 24/7 customer service commitments.

2. Before You Begin

  • Permission Requirements: You must have the 'Footer' permission in your staff role to view and edit footer settings. (Users without update permission see the page in read-only mode).
  • Things to Prepare:
    • Prepared bilingual platform introduction copy fitting within character limit constraints.
    • Review of game providers enabled for the footer (managed under Games > Game providers) and bank accounts (managed under Payment Setup > Deposit bank accounts), which are automatically aggregated into the footer.

3. Page Layout and Components

From top to bottom, this page consists of the following sections:

  1. Page Header: Displays the title Footer, subtitle, and navigation breadcrumb path (Site look / Footer).
  2. Page Audit Bar: Displays the current configuration version, last updater name, updater type, and last update timestamp.
  3. Preview Card (Preview on the site): Live simulation of the rendered footer with smooth scrolling animations, featuring:
    • Device Viewport Toggle: Computer (desktop screen width) and Phone (390 px mobile simulation).
    • Language Toggle: Thai and English.
  4. Layout Selection Grid (Select Footer Layout): 3 distinct provider strip layout cards with mini-visualizations and an In use indicator.
  5. Partners Strip Speed Section: Interactive speed slider and one-click preset buttons.
  6. Footer Detail Form: Bilingual input fields for Title, Sub Title, and Description with live character counters.
  7. Form Action Bar: Floating bottom bar with Cancel and Save buttons.

4. Search and Filters

There is no table search on this page. Instead, 2 preview toggles in the top-right corner of the preview card allow administrators to verify responsiveness and localization:

Toggle OptionSelectable ValuesPreview Result
DeviceComputer / Phone- Computer: Renders the provider strip, 3 text blocks, link navigation columns, contact channels, bank payment discs, and the copyright bar.
- Phone: Collapses the layout to only display the provider strip, bank icons, and the bottom copyright line (text and link columns are hidden on mobile by design).
LanguageThai / EnglishToggles preview copy between Thai and English. If English fields are left blank, the system automatically falls back to Thai or the system defaults.

10. Frequently Asked Questions and Troubleshooting

  • Why is the Save button greyed out and unclickable?
    • Verify if any input field has a red border (character count exceeded).
    • Ensure changes were actually made; if form values match saved values, Save remains disabled.
  • Why are some game provider logos missing from the footer?
    • Check Games > Game providers to confirm whether the provider is disabled or hidden from footer displays.
  • Why don't the title and description show on mobile phones?
    • Mobile viewports intentionally hide long descriptive paragraphs and navigation columns to keep loading times fast and viewports compact. Only the provider strip, bank icons, and copyright line are shown.
  • What happens if I leave the text fields empty?
    • The lobby automatically displays the system's default wording (the grey placeholder text seen in the form). The footer will never appear blank or broken.
