Turnover

1. What this page does

The Turnover page allows administrators to configure recurring daily turnover challenges categorized by game type (such as Slot, Casino, Sport, or Fishing). Each game category features its own ladder of reward tiers (up to 50 tiers). As players reach cumulative pure-cash turnover milestones each day, they can manually claim rewards (including Credit, Points, Wheel Tickets, or Diamonds) in the lobby. Turnover progress resets daily at 00:00 Bangkok time.

Related views in the system include:

  • Main dashboard — Shows summary statistics, analytics reports, game category tables, claim rules, and claim history.
  • Activity settings page — Title, Description, Banner, Credit Turnover Multiplier, Feature Buy allowances, Max Bet rules, and Delete Activity setup.
  • Game category and tier editor — Add or edit a game category and configure its tier ladder.

2. Before you start

  • Required Permissions:
    • You must have the 'Turnover' permission in Roles to view, configure activity settings, add or edit game categories and tiers, and settle pending credit rewards.
  • Supported Game Categories:
    • Supports all platform game types (e.g. Slot, Casino, Sport, Fishing, Table, Arcade, Lotto, PvP, Crash, Crypto). Each game category can be added once to the activity.
  • The 7 Core Claim Rules:
    1. Turnover outside promotions only: Turnover wagered while a player is enrolled in an active promotion or credit turnover does not count toward progress.
    2. Sequential claim requirement: Players must reach targets and claim tiers in ascending sequence.
    3. Manual claim required: Rewards are not disbursed automatically; players must log into the lobby and click claim before midnight Bangkok time.
    4. Non-credit rewards (Points, Tickets, Diamonds): Disbursed immediately into the player's wallet without promotional balance checks.
    5. Credit reward balance threshold: To claim credit rewards, a player's wallet balance must be at or below the maximum cancel allowance set in Payment Settings > Transaction Rules.
    6. Daily limit: Each tier can be claimed at most once per day.
    7. Withdrawal conditions for credit: If a credit turnover multiplier is configured, players must fulfill the wagering requirement before withdrawing. If set to no turnover, credit can be withdrawn as cash immediately.

10. Frequently asked questions / Troubleshooting

  • How is turnover counted toward this activity?
    • Only pure-cash bets wagered outside active promotions or pending exchange turnover requirements count toward milestones. Bets placed using promotional bonus funds are excluded.
  • Why can't a player claim a credit reward tier?
    • According to Rule 5, credit tiers can only be claimed if the player's wallet balance is at or below the maximum cancellation threshold configured under Payment Settings > Transaction Rules. Advise the player to play down their balance or withdraw before claiming.
  • Why does adding a tier fail validation?
    • Two strict validation rules apply:
      1. Each tier's turnover target must be strictly greater than the preceding tier's target.
      2. Each tier must specify at least one valid reward (Credit, Points, Tickets, or Diamonds) greater than 0.
  • Why can't I delete a category or the activity?
    • Active categories or activities cannot be deleted while live. Switch the status toggle to Inactive (Gray) first, save, and then proceed with deletion.
